Changing to pre-mix

Is there any standard setting that is done to the carb after changing from injection to pre-mix? I understand that carb tuning is dependent upon a number of varibles and I have a pretty good grasp of it. What my main concern is is a good starting point. Since the oil being mixed in the gas leans the mixture, should I raise the needle a notch or go to a larger jet immediately?

Ya, you're supposed to raise the needle one notch after doing the oil injection block off

Thank you for your help. I knew there had to be an adjustment made to accommodate the decrease in the percent of gas (from 100% straight to mixed) flowing through the carb. Like i said originally; I know that tuning the carb for best efficency is dependent upon varibles, but this will definetly get me off on the right foot. Thanks again
