I have a 98' warrior (bought it new) and have had no major problems at all. I cleaned the carb for the first time this spring. I do the regular maintenance and keep it clean. Most of the parts are just like my blaster so if you do your own work then this should be a breeze. You wont be doing...

tomorrow I plan on seeing of I could make some type of mounting bracket that could bolt onto the frame somewhere...... I will see what I can "engineer" .... with the existing mounting points on the frame.... from what I can see on my other ATV's.... the angle of the peddle and the master...

yes... it is a 91' I was afraid of that... I was thinking I could use clamps or some other means of clamping on the Master cylinder but I cant see anything other than a weld holding it in place..... hmmm.... I might buy a small welder and teach myself how to weld..... It cant be that hard...

I dont have a welder but I have the ability to cut and drill metal so.... Can I do a good Rear Hydro. conversion without welding anything???

If there was metal coming out i would say you will need a new crank and connecting rod... I had a main crank bearing go bad on a snowmobile and I had to replace the entire crank and connecting rods. That sucks.

I started this thread over a month ago and since then I have tried all methods listed here. Here's what I learned.... Try this first if space permits.... 1. Use a Dremel tool with a flat cutting disk to cut a notch in the head of the screw then a big flathead screwdriver to back it out...

where are you going to mount it?????? the axle hub???

have you tried pulling it with another wheeler or pushing it down a hill and popping the clutch to jump start it???? This will make the motor turn over more then just a "Kick"....
