Around the carrier would be best.. althought I would not suggest a hitch on a blasty.. got the wrong machine for that lol.
I've got that hitch on one of mine. The previous owner used to use it to bring the trailer around into the back yard, that's it. It works great for pulling people out of the mud!!
If you look at the pic on the ebay add, you can see a diagram of how it goes on. It's two Ubolts that bolt it to the carrier and then there is a support bracket that attaches to one of the brake bolts and has a piece that comes down and bolts to either side of the flat part. It's pretty solid.
I actually tried pulling out a bush with the blaster the other day!! It made it move, but started digging holes in the yard, so the jeep did the deed.

ive seen one kicking around fee gay that had a little hitch mounted to the stock skid plate. it was only 10 bucks and probally still around.
