Worst day of my life!

well decided to go ice fishing today and took a back road into the lake. well lets just say i dug for 5 hours and still never got it out. hitch hiked back to the city

this is how it sits. im taking a snow blower and liften titan on 35's tomorrow

haha, i love it!! using a titan to pull a ford out of a ditch....i've done that before!! except it was a bronco on 33's with a 6" lift...

but not to rub salt in the wound, that sux

baha iv pulled that lifted titan out many times. Not to mention the endless parts list its had replaced ..
and this is an explorer with 5`` of lift on 33`s clearly no lockers

yeah the biggest problem with the titans is the axle seals, had mine replaced twice already... and those damn tpms sensors...im not even going to get started on those, in all i love my titan, the only ford i would trade it for is a new raptor...sux dude but i bet u had fun up until that moment of demise....

yea and i had to walk so far.
Im actully quite surprised . one guy in a ranger came out and we started walking up to him he turned around and took off. like WTF man atleast give me a ride to the highway.
and 3 guys on snowmobiles came up and turned around. I understand no one wants to help but atleast have the decency to ask if i need a ride or anything.
If this were one of those -40 days and those people did that. and say i froze to death. those people would be at fault.

That is f-d up! If It were me I'd would of stopped! You know how to cure that, lift it more bigger tires and for sure a front locker is more important than the rear and will get you out of most anything as it has the engine weight to help with traction!

-100 feet of tow straps
-2 cases of beer
-lifted titan on 35's
-my dads new snowblower
-FOOD AND DRINKS!

If i had the fab skills id put a Dana 44 upfront and put the 8.8 rear under the springs and run 37's

true awk, but to a certain point. skinny tires will push threw snow easier but if your trying to stay on top of the snow, the wider the better.
