Quality rebuild to gain a blaster

So with the broadband acting up, I cant upload as many photos.
Quad is basically finished now, took it out for a spin Friday. Few problems, float on carb stuck, fixed now. Also the chain slipped off the tensioner when I free wheeled and twisted the chain, so I need a new chain. Other than that It was a success.
Regarding the hubs, there Honda 200x 4/110 on the blaster axle, not a perfect fit, but with a bit of work fit.

you did a great job! and all that welding with a stinger? impressive. ive worked with guys nthat have been welding for years and cant lay a bead like that! did you get the chain tensioner worked out?
