Picked up an 88 with a bunch of stuff today, but im torn, im not sure if i should have a stock yz490 motor and take a year or have a freaking bada** blasty motor and take a few months.. the yz motor is a turd and the blaster motors in good shape..(needs to be bored)

My plans
keep the white plastics with a blue or dark purple frame

oh and the frames REALLY solid no cracks hasent been welded (same with the blasty motor)

eather that thing was bitchin when she went or someone let the crank last too long in it and she split???? the tranny part of the case thats shot looks like it may of broke cuz someone dropped the motor or a gear flew out

Holy sh*t, that crank came unglued! That thing must have been up around 8,000 rpm when the big end of the connecting rod had enough!
