Rebuilt top end, no start

I did wide open throttle it a few times but only briefly, I guess I should not of...As for running rich, I’m OK with that, I will probably jet down a little bit

That’s not a proper chop!
Cliff Notes:
Warm up with old plug.
Install brand new plug.
Start engine, immediately go full throttle through as many gears as possible. The object is to put as much load as possible on it. If you have to drag the brake because of limited space, DO IT!!
Pull clutch in and kill engine.
Remove plug, install old plug.
A new plug is useful for only ONE pull!
