New toy

Found a deal on craigslist I could not pass... Bought this Blasty for $250 as a parts bike. Has everything but front bumber and grab bar!

After a couple of hours of TLC I got it to start...

Amongst the issues were an incredibly dirty carb, a broken reeve valve, and a missing key. I saw a guy on the internet replace a reeve valve with a credit card so I decided to give it a shot. I worked!I:I

That top end is bright silver. Pulled anything apart yet?

When you do... check the bore size and see if perhaps you have a vito's Big Bore Kit.

It looks that way on the video but it's just a a layer of light colored dirt on the top end. A vito's big bore would be nice!

Here's some feedback on that reed valve red neck repair. After riding the blasty for 20 minutes it stopped running. Suspecting the issue was the reeds, this is what I found... Note to self, the credit card trick works but not for long.
