Got my 400EX rear but...

So I just got my 400ex, knew I needed to mod it a little but I can't seem to find the how to thread.
Haven't linwa anything up yet.
Something along the lines of drill the lower shock eye with a 12 mill piece and the bushings.

Anyone have an idea od what materials to use and the exact measurements for the bushings, I've access to a lathe.
Only asking cause of the hassle and time of shipping KOC's bushings from USA to here.

The shipping cost more than the shock, 75 euro altogether so it wasn't that bad.

i got a 250r rear shock and it was 100 shipping and all again shipping was than half than

Got the shock mounted with some steel pipe and rubber washers. I'll be doing it right when I break down the bike after summer.

I was weary too but it was a snug fit, like 5 mil steel pipe into the mounts and some rubber washers and it's solid. No play at all.
