Got 3 blasters, suggestions?

I picked up a 96, 98 and 04 blaster for less than 1000. I got 2 running by fixing wiring. 1 has piston damage. I plan on fixing up the 04 since it has hydro brakes. Should I just go to my local machine shop and find out what new piston I need or should I go another route? The jug is not scored and I'll never do anything other than tool around.

If it has piston damage i would have the head checked damage or not somtimes ya cant see the results of a damaged piston and ya neaver no if it been bored bef unless ya have it checked

So just let the local machine shop handle it or should I send it to an ATV shop?

Ask if they know how to chamfer the ports. If they give you a stupid look, move on down the road.
Do not waste your money putting a new piston in an old hole.
Do not waste your money on cheap eBay cylinder.
