Well... I finally got around to taking off my green plastics and putting on my stock black ones. Looks way better but she needs a bubble bath :). Can't wait until it's warm enough to wash her.

great looking bike i wish had those exact same plastics on my bike. Were the old green ones painted cuz if so it looks like they held up well.
 
Yes, I did paint them myself, I sanded the old crap off some whites we had and painted them green, but I didn't feel like doing the best job i could so they wore a little and stained easy... I used ceramic paint
 
It's a maier race front. Not sure what kind of hood it is. The one on te black one is a 450r hood. We used krylon fusion with 8 coats of clear. I'm impressed with how good it held up. The black part of the plastics is paint too. They used to be white. A LOT of prep work. You'll thank yourself in the end.
 
I fabbed up a fog light that mounts to the bars for now. Eventually I will try to fill the holes with fog lights. Or I might mount them under the front fender.
