Any one on here fermiler with eton vipers.

I just picked up a viper 90. It runs good and has a ton of aftermarket parts on it.

My question is when taking off it dont seem to have any thing to it but as soon as the RPMs get high it takes off like a bullet.

I just sold a 90cc eton thunder and it just seemed a lot difrent then this one.

Any ideas

My friend has one and i ride it alot, not sure but when you take off it's slow. But like you said when it hits high RPM's it does fly, they just might be built like that.

Like others have said, that quad is automatic and has a CV drive system. Take the cover off the drive and check the belt. I bet the belt has worn or stretched. The driving clutch (on the engine side) can occasionally stick or hang up as well, causing a similar issue. Time to take a look inside.

we used to have a 90cc eton and i bet we put over 3000 miles on it..we broke the frame like 5 times and then we lined the frame with rebar..and welded it shut..never broke again..we never had a belt blow but we got the engine and belt filled with water a couple of times..
