i used the flap wheel on mine, it came out shiny enuf i just clear coated it....ghetto chrome

A cap over both tubs has to be stronger then a cap over just the round tube. I made the cap out of 12ga steel, thats 0.1046 Thickness.

Yes please fill us in on how these feel. My biggest question is how the plus forward will feel. ?? Being that the pivot is now going to be off centered. Not by much but i am wondering if it is going to be even noticeable, or feel awkward. ??

I cant decide if i should add some type of gusset to the flag end.

I dont think it needs it, being as you dont push up and down on the flag

although that looks cool i don't see the need,
the tie rods will always bend/break before that flag does.

btw......did you also notice the one tie rod end hole on the flag is at a different angle than the other ?
