most of you old heads have seen all this before, maybe some new guys want build pics ? :)
this is basically just a frame swap, since my 06 frame was busted up in a few spots.
the engine mounts re-broke last year @ the powerline park ride, and the front left lower a-arm mount had been cracked/welded.

last fall I traded Dualstroke a High Country solo cam bow (I don't need 3 bows) for an 03 frame.
I also grabbed a LSR +3" roundhouse swingarm over the winter thats going on to replace my current +3 ebay swing arm (it will eventually end up on the spare black blaster)

this build list is from the 2012 build and was my signature on the old forum,
amended for the new frame and swinger:

03 frame, Ken Oconnor Racing Powered, CT pipe/silencer, 34mm pj,
Moose billet throttle w/ braided carb cable, Pro Design intake, V-F3 reeds,
CFM airbox, UNI filter, Nology Coil & Hot Wire, PE billet clutch basket,
Driveline Performance 240HD clutch, MSR E-Z pull clutch lever w/ braided ss cable,
GSXR/banshee rear hydro's w/ braided ss line, YFZ/Raptor front hydro's w/ dual braided ss lines
KOR hydro conversion spindles, +3" LSR roundhouse swingarm, , G-Force +6" axle,
+3"+1" ASR a-arms, Elka stage III's - f/r,
Mod Quad billet rezzie mounts, Pro-Armor fat peg nerfs/heelgaurds, Blingstar iron cross bumper,
DG grab bar, Dualstroke aluminum stator cover, full frame/a-arm skids, Awk's +2" anti-vibe steering stem, ECATV billet anti-vibe 1-1/8" clamp, 1-1/8" Trailtech X-bars, Streamline Billetanium stabilizer,
Trail Tech halogens,
20" RAZR-2 & 22" trailwolf tires on YFZ rims

last week - aircraft stripped the frame and welded the extra mounts my nerfs require, cut out the 03+ stuff under the hood and welded mounts for my pre 03 CDI & regulator, saturday I rattle can'd the frame and assembled the new KOR bored/wiseco piston top end.
today was get my blaster to the new shop, find and sort bolts/parts as they've been in storage 1/2 unassembled since last fall, buttoned up the engine & bed-liner the scraped up LSR swinger.

the next few days - leakdown test and drop engine in frame, re-assemble the swinger and start swapping parts onto the new frame
pics of what I've got so far, and more to follow as I finish this up.

Have fun with the frame swap! never thought about bed lining the swing arm before lol Kinda dig it! Oh and how in the heck can you put on a banshee caliper instead of your own creation! Blasphemy I tell you!

enuf cars for today, back to important blaster stuff :D

this frame paint was pissing me off today, bad.
just fitting my nerf bars had this duplicolor rattle can paint chipping off.
been meaning to try this for a while now, bought another can of the red to cover the chips,
and a can of clear bedliner....thats right, I bedlinered the whole frame
and it came out bad azz !!!!
should resist chips and frame wear from boots way better than just clear coat

another one I've been meaning to try, light red haze over the black bedlinered swinger = black cherry
then clear coated

that was the fall ride with the NJ/Philly boys, and the turtle that almost castrated Dane :D

I could have finished this evening if I'd have stayed at the shop, but dinner was calling me and I'm a week ahead of schedule.
I have until next friday and usually wouldn't have started until next wednesday :)

I need 1/2" spacers to make a hydro carrier/cailper work with a cable brake floating disc,
and damn that sprocket hub looks fugly, I'm sure the brake hub does too.
I might have to do sumthin about that tomorrow ?....or next time :)

Looking good! I see some different tabs welded to the frame, will i have to wait until Memorial day weekend to find out what they are for? lol ;)

I see some different tabs welded to the frame

good eye doug :)
those tabs are where the back upper mount of these modified LT450 pro armor nerf bars bolt on.
I had them on the old frame, but they were cracked/rewelded multiple times, I used thicker/wider stuff this time and should be golden

Oh true. I would love to have 1 but dont have the room or cash for one. Blaster is my wife and she gets all my money.

Man, I must have been gone so long I am out of the loop... Wasn't your blaster all white? Didn't you live in Florida? God I hope I didn't drink to much again...
