steering stem measurement anyone ???

I've got this chrome steering stem with 1-1/8" anti-vibe bar clamps, I'm thinking it's a lonestar, the clamp is.
but unsure if it's a + stem or not ?

i'm looking at almost 23" from center of bars to bottom of flag where it sits into the bearing.

anyone have a stock stem laying around they could get me this measurement from ???
both my blasters already have extended stems so I have nothing stock to go off of

Just measured my stock stem and I got 20" from the same points you're measuring from.

you could measure your +2 stem on a blaster and subtract it from stock

not sure mine is exactly +2, i built it with 1-1/8" bars attached, which are a different bend, and went +2 over stock to the grips from the floor.
