Hate to do it but...decided to sell the blaster guys . My back is shot and I won't be able to ride for awhile . It's tough to look at everyday and not be able to ride . It was fun rebuilding it and will probably get another one to re-build in the spring if the back is co-operating .

KOR ported cylinder...head mod and wiseco piston . Just put in 5th tank of gas
    FMF Pipe
    Stock carb
    Tors is gone
    Oil injection is gone
V-Force 2 Reed cage with new reeds
Newer inner and outer stock clutch baskets with oil mod and new HD Driveline clutch
New sprockets and chain...stock gearing 13/40
    New axle bearings
Fresh rebuilt front FOX shocks and rebuilt Honda 400ex rear shock
Front hydro brake conversion with new brake pads all around and new wheel bearings
    New tires
DC power conversion with LED headlights...tail light and battery...very bright
    Pro-Armor tether[IMG]
New clamp on grips...new handle bars...new throttle and clutch cable
    New ez pull clutch lever
New steering stem bushings...plastic and steel . No steering play in this bike lol
New YFZ 450 heel guards and foot pegs
Flex blue Plasti dipped plastics...a lot deeper blue in person than in the pictures
    New seat cover

    I'm sure I'm forgetting a few things... but it's basically a new bike .

    I'm thinking $1400 is a fair price .

Summer time I had a 300 in it no lid k an n filter mixed at 32/1 .Now for winter I have a 320 mixed at 25/1. Both are on the rich side. If it gets cold where you are I would start with a 310 and plug chop from there . Better to be rich then lean

I realize this is super late lol. But im curious about how you used the yfz peg on the brake side? Did you cut the factory blaster peg off the mount and run it behind the yfz peg?

I cut the brake mount of the blaster peg and welded it to the yfz foot peg . Yfz foot pegs are bolted to the factory foot peg holes . You need to enlarge the holes on the yfz foot pegs and get longer bolts

Thanks for the info, I've been experimenting with the same pegs and heel guards. I did the shifter side like you were saying. Been thinking of how I was gonna do the brake side. I actually started looking at it and thinking about it after I ask you, I think I have a similar idea. If I cut off the round flanges behind the bolt holes on the yfz peg and then cut the peg off the stock blaster mount they should mount the same way and width as the shifter side without having to cut and weld the brake mount. Thanks for the pics and info.

Thanks alot. Cant believe I didn't come across it sooner. I've been doing alot of searching and researching on the forum the last few days. I got mine mostly completely fitted tonight. Very similar to how you did it, but a little different. I'm also in the process of converting to rear banshee hydraulic brakes. Got all my master cylinder and pedal stuff situated and have my caliper bracket figured out, just have to weld it up. Ready to give it a ride with the new pegs/guards and rear brakes.

Yeah I love my lil blaster. Im really way too big for it but it's fun and affordable lol. I would like to get a banshee or raptor also, but I just keep improving the blaster for right now. I haven't rode a 3 wheeler in prob 20 + years. Sound like a fun lil project.

I know this post is kind of old, but I was wondering where you found your mounting brackets for your light?
