I have a full Fmf gold series pipe and silencer,no lid and stock filter. I still have the stock 32.5 pilot and we are at 1500 ft. Of elevation. Please help with a starting point on main jet. It has a 230 in it now. Also it's still injected thanks.

Well finally got the new exhaust on the boys quad today. It's a Pro Circuit, FMF combo. Pro Circuit expansion chamber and FMF silencer. It sounds so sweet with the new pipe and lid off. I've rejected with a 290. I haven't plug chopped yet.

Hey fellas I just picked up a used Pro Circuit pipe for my boys Blasty. The plan is to pull the lid add the Uni filter and full pipe. What jetting should I start with before plug chop. Also what kind of hp gains could I expect. Thanks Stacy

Started my sons quad today. Seems to be a little noisy in the top end area. Sounds to me like kind of a chatter noise. My guess is piston slap. Any replies would be helpful thanks.

So I just cleaned carb,cleaned gas tank and petcock. Now I have a little extra fuel in the bottom of the air box. I'm not sure why. Quad seems to be running good though thanks for help.

I've tried different lubricants and nothing seems to work. I've tried letting it penetrate. But still no luck. I almost have to use pliers just to turn it. PLEASE GIVE ME AND IDEA Thanks Stacy

Well the boy and I finally got the new shocks on. By new I mean used. We replaced the front with Banshee shocks and the rear with a 400 ex. The difference in the ride and handling is obvious especially on the rocks. The quad really eats up the rocks so much better. And my back is not killing me...

So I just drained my engine oil. I was expecting this to be gear oil I guess. I was of the understanding there were 2 types of oil on board. Gear oil and the injected oil. Please help me.
