Every Cylinder that I have looked at new or old that was stocked looks like they all have been re-sleeved. I ordered a new sleeve and found out that it still looks like that... LOL I would look at little deeper before you purchase and see if it can be honed first. It may save you some money…

Yeah I just replaced my Top End because of the same problems... Compression!!! mine was reading 92 at the time. I did a whole rebuild on the top end new Gaskets, New Piston and Rings, I bored it out to 66.40 and the engine starts on the first kick cold or hot.... Run your test and let us know...

I ordered the Tusk HD Clutch Kit off eBay yesterday. Should be in a few days, I'm hoping it fixes the problem. I just don’t understand how the RPM's go so high on acceleration and the Blaster doesn’t go anywhere. I'm thinking it’s definitely the Clutch and possibly the springs.

So here is my update on the build: I have been speaking with StrokedTater244 regarding picking up a few things from him. I am sending my Swingarm out be extended 2.5 inches. I'm also picking up a Banshee Rear Axle. I will add Burgard a arms with tie rods and special spindles. I want opinions...
