Aso how to i torque the cylender nuts???
Here is a picture of the sequence

final tourqe will be 20ft-lbs or 27nm
Best to bring head down in 2 or 3 gradual tourqes. First tourqe 8ftlbs, then 15 then final tourqe of 20.
 
@Larry's Shee that is correct that they do advance exhaust timing but in reality the power you gain for the price of one really doesn’t make it worth the extra price. In comparison to actually raising the exhaust port it doesn’t really compare because you are loosing a bit of compression when at tdc with that cutaway and when porting the exhaust port you are widening the port and also following the port down to the exhaust flange essentially enlarging the port overall. I know if it were me I’d put my funds towards a real port job and re chambered head. That’s where the real power is made. Also, with all forged pistons I would highly recommend checking the piston to cylinder clearance and following the specs that come with it because forged piston expand at a greater rate then cast factory pistons do.
Read what I posted again! I never said it equaled porting. I only said it advances the timing.
I got the piston because a friend works there and I get most parts at dealer cost :D
The majority of power gained is in the exhaust port and pipe. Raising, widening, and enlargening to size of flange gasket is the ticket.
 
I can not find the tranny side crank shaft nut anywhere even the dealer said its not in stock and back ordered i had called what was it ken oconner racing and never got a call back i need those lock washers too i cant run it untill i have that nut because the threads are bad and it wont tighten i thres some locktight on it and put it on but it just kept spinning so i left it in there but idw start ot without the nut on there tightand now my project is sitting waiting on one nut ill paypal 50 bucks for that nut and washer anyone?

Niceci finishe my order with them and vitos found out vitos sell placement rings for wiesco bingo! New 67mm rings and new wristpin rockymountain had the rest busing new 14tooth front sproket but i have a feeling im still going to be looking for a 7th gear does anyone have any pos used aftermarket scilencer i. Only have a stock scilencer if i cant find one i taking a cut off wheel to it and see what i cant come up with for the mean time

The 14 tooth up front is like chaning 3 or 4 teeth. On rear sprocket.
It a very noticeable change.
What kind or riding are you doing? Tight trails or open area.

Wide open but I just checked my sprocket it’s a 13 tooth already and I was still looking for more well they sent me the wrong nut the sent me the stator side crank nut fml a friend of mine called me with two blown top end blasters for sale I’m going to pick up I think today

Thats funny.The 14 tooth will give you more mph. And is better for more open riding. Than tight trails. Bugging huh:D

I literally just realized that and died laughing....bugging but this nut is pissing me off for real they sent the wrong one!!!!
