    That sucks, but the only way i know that you can get the bearing to set right is to pull it back apart and you will probably tear up the seal in the process of removing it. Maybe someone else has had this problem and got the bearing to set without pulling apart and can chime in with a idea. good...

    I watched a couple of his videos and it doesnt look like it starts to pull hard til it gets on the pipe and by the time it gets on the pipe he has to shift. possibly need to tune on the carb.

    How does the plug look? Possibly flooded, pull plug and kick it over a few times with out the plug in it and spray the plug with carb cleaner and see it trys to start then. I am thinking the plug maybe fouled out.
