im running a 14 in the front and a 40 in the rear.. anybody running smaller in the rear cause i dont think i can go up in the front. its already halfway through my chain slide.
does nobody hear have thier bike geared?? hate to break it to you guys but gearing is everything.. i cant believe you guys dont know what your running.. if you wanna wake up ur bike throw a sprocket on it and thank me later..
with the 14/38 your not having any problems staying in your powerband are you?? does it fall on its face?? i woudn't think so but im wondering. i wanna run a 15/38
I could actually probably go with a 36 or 37 tooth on the rear or a 15 on the front. With my mods and my gearing I can pull the front end off the ground in 5th.
ohhh yea.. im gonna try to get a 15 up front.. and try a 36 rear and see if the bike has enough power.. im at 40.7 hp. so i think it wil do it just fine.. another dumb ? if i wanna put the chain gaurd back on wil it fit with a 15 ??
45 rear is WAY too low for a blaster. whats the point in that besides a useless 1st gear and 6th gear wheelies? that will give you about a 30mph top speed.
14 front is the biggest size that will fit up there.
with a stock ratio, its geared WAY too low as it is. besides a 100-200 yard drag race, i can see how anything lower will be beneficial at all.
