What oil do i fill up where it says 650mL?

I have a 2004 blaster. It says 650ml oil on the right of atv by kick start. Im pretty sure its 10w-30 viscosity but idk if its gear oil or motor oil or what...could you verify everything and check if this SAE 10w-30 synthetic motor oil would work? Thanks and sorry im new

The rule is 10w-30 that contains no friction modifiers, I'm not sure about the Penzoil, but I do use the Mobile1 fullsynthetic 10w-30 4T designed for wet clutch bikes/atv's
read the label carefully on that, any listed friction modifiers or additives will roast your clutch
