The pains of riding

With the weather being as nice as its been, i made plans to ride this weekend. I went for a long ride yesterday, and needless to say its been a while...sometime before christmas was the last long ride i took. I can not believe how sore i am...time to get back to it. Being sore means its been too long.

I can't wait for that feeling. We had plans on going today, but the weather didn't co-operate.
