Do u think that the reed spacer is the prob?
I was told buy the bike shop that i had to go to a 250 when i took off the oil injection.
I just pop started the bike and it started and run for a little and died and will not start again..

the most you need to go up with the block off is 1 size if any....try taking the spacer off and see what happens

The 250 was the next size up....

you could try taking the lid off...then the 250 might be ok

Took the spacer off and put the 230 back in and it started and ran for like a 2 min and it made some popping sounds out of the pipe, then it starting bogging down and died.
Now what do i do i am out of ideas..

i would take the lid off (more air = more power) and see how it runs, iff it still dies and wet plug go down a size if its dry do a plug chop... other than that idk

if its popping it could be an ignition problem

LIke stator or coil, I unpluged the tors to and i took the lide off after i took the spacer off.

with a 230 main keep the lid on....when it dies that the plug out quick and check for spark

Did you check all the wire connections and grounds to make sure they are good, I know I had a lot of problems before due to loose wires

checked them all and put dielectric grease it the connections
