Ok my blaster is pretty much stock except 20 inch rear tires, and a K & N air filter. I plan on getting toomey pipes and silencer, changing gearing to 14/40, removing the air box lid and getting a thin cover for the k and n filter, might get some after market reeds, and will block off the oil injection. So I was wondering if I should stick with the stock carb or upgrade to the 28mm? Also do both of these carbs use the same jets? What jetting settings would your recommend for this set up?

No need to spend money on another carby.

Toomey recommend #310 main with a aftermarket filter and holes drilled in the box lid.

If you take the lid off I would up the jet one more.

32:1 pre mix again requires one size bigger main.

I would plug chop starting with a #330 - #340 main.
