New in bag, blockoff kit with everything you need (except pre-mix oil, haha) to ditch the old injection system. Well I guess you'd also need some jets too, but hopefully you already have some of them. It's T&J designworks

what does it come with ? just the plate and screws ?

i'd have to go down to the basement and grab it but off the top of my head the block off plate, gasket for the plate, screws, cap for the nipple on the carb, clutch side gasket......and instructions. i think that's it..... it's T&M Designworks, my bad. here is an ebay listing of the same thing
