need a complete drop in motor in good running condition

I need a complete drop in motor in good running condition. Assembled top and bottom end, trans, clutch etc. I just want to swap out my blown stuff and go. Could use a pipe, silencer and carb too.

My top and bottom end is trashed.

I seen that auction but I'm a bit fishy, I don't want someone elses problem. Why would the guy go to the work of honing the cylinder and not throw a new piston in?
