My last one I got tired of bumping saying there would be progress and wound up not doing what I said, so I'm starting a new one since I'm actually starting to bring more parts in LOL

What I'm starting with right now:

Have a round house bearing carrier sitting here that I need to build a swing arm to put it in, going to run YFZ450 shocks all the way around, banshee front knuckles, etc. First order will be the arms I have sicvic whipping up for me and I will get some more pics up when those suckers get in :p More details to be revealed when progress is had!

In case anyone is wondering those are my sub boxes for the 8" RF subs I just put in my truck (might sneak a few pics of that thing in here as I work on that as well :p)

Just to keep things interesting I will be building another project frame right along side this blaster, some of you already know what I was doing with a second frame from my old thread, but for the rest of you you will just have to wait for pics and details :p Each build will make progress when theres down time on the primary bike in this thread.

Holy crap an update!!!!

Got my arms in from sicivicdude and have one side mocked up, too tired to do the other side today XD

Gonna try and move this thing into the aisle of my shop, will be looking on ebay for a deal on some front shocks and get some material to do up my swing arm finally.

Man, those are fancy dancy..... ;) looking good man now get to the rest of it!

When you get ready to get the swingarm tubing take my advice, build a jig for it. Otherwise you'll have it all warped out and nothing will be straight.

Working on getting some form of jig set up so I can do up the swing arm and make some kind of roller.

Also got bored a couple weeks back and decided to do a little clean up work on the cylinder ports, little bit rusty from the last time I did any sort of engine porting :p (used to do up the 2 strokes in R/C's).

Still need to polish up the exhaust and raise it a bit as well as do some more clean up work (intake leaves more to be desired), gonna get some jbweld as well to fix some of my "oopsies" and fill in some of the more serious casting flaws. This jug is on its last bore so might as well have some fun with it :p

Pics of some previous R/C engine work (SH28 3port, she screamed and had gobs of power and revs):
