The natives working for my garden service "forgot" to put 2stroke in the fuel of the lawn mowers and some how lost the oil plug too. It ceased completely. Even the the main bearing is ceased!

Gonna need a hone , new piston, rings and bearings REDO THE WHOLE DAMN THING BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!

I cant fire them!!!! They need 3 written warnings an then a inquiry by the labour dept.
But i can make there lives a living hell until they resign!!!! There is a lot of natives here, but they are not keen on working, state unemployment is easier to get! But is the world(like usaid and europe's) fault. The west feel guilty about africa and then give money and food to every poor face on tv! Now why would you work if everything is given to you if you look sad!
