I have not been on the Blaster forum for a while. Busy building my little Suzuki drag bike. Any ways, my Blaster motored bike started acting up mid winter. Ran perfect until it hit 5800 . I double checked jetting, kill switch, fuel flow, wiring, grounds. I finally gave in and bought an OEM CDI module. No change whatsoever. All components in ignition ohmed out close or spot on except the pulser coil. It was way off 12 months ago when I built it . It always ran great though. I am taking a shot at this and ordered an OEM pulser coil. I'll know in about 8 days, boats.net is cheap but slow.

I replaced the pulser coil, no change. I had a spare ignition switch and swapped it out, no change. This is kicking my arse! Coil? Plug cap? I can see the rpm drop down to nothing on the tach, if I roll out of it,it will start firing again.

plug boot maybe, unscrew boot from wire, cut 1/2" off wire, re-screw boot back on
or better yet, new NGK boot from ebay or auto store
