hesitating?

Okay today I started my blaster..warmed it up..
then i rode off with it..like any normal day... but i would give it gas in 1st gear and it would just slow down and try to stop then id quick pop it into second.. like its hesitating? what can possibly be wrong?

does it feel like a no fuel thing or like a mechanical problem? mabey a clogged carb? seems to obvious and easy but ya never know.
