would need a side view to really tell..
check for cracks in the pedals also..
im leaning toward it being a carb issue..
is that the carb off your good running bike?
after you have it running with the choke out and you have it at half or almost full throttle what happens when you push the choke back in while gasing it?

the carb in the video , is the carb off my running bike ,choke has no effect what so ever on it

impulse....they dont look bad at all.....but i would look into some dual stage reeds mabe........but next......have u taken out the pilot jet yet??
