Gas and oil premix experiment

I can tell by the Dynoport badge welded on the pipe I had them build my 94 KX125 motor with a hand built cone pipe and loved it.

bullshit without pics man...lol jk..ive been asking around and no one has a clear answer of how long or if it happens for oil to separate from gasolina

Day 7 one week and no apparent change

I was just thinking ...the fuel tank on a blaster has a vent on top...should you have a vent on your test?

also what you may be seeing is the color additive in your oil staying mixed in the gas but the oil may actually be seperating only way to tell is with lab equipment and taking samples from the top middle and bottom and throwing them into a viscosity analizer

you have an interesting idea though

the cap has breathing room, air can get in and out. That is what i ment when i saud stored like any other gas. And if it was just additive i was seeing and the gas had already separated i would expect to still be able to see the viscosity changes in the fluid, which i have checking for.
