My bike has a fmf pipe and the pervious owner had a piece of hose joining the 2 pieces which melted off now it leaks at the join anyone got any ideas of how I can seal this join the parts book sais there's a muffler gasket of some sort there with hose clamps

Look up yamaha blaster exhaust clamp on ebay. What ever you do don't try to jb weld it together or anything like that or you'll never get your exhaust off.

Yeah I figured it wouldn't come off I put a pop can and couple hose clamps for temporary fix till I got a permanent one jus wondering if there's something I can find at hardware store to use

Would a silicone bakeing sheet work if I wrapped it and put hose clamps on it or would these melt

The cheap way is just a piece of silicone hose and 2 hose clamps. Get it from your local hydraulic hose supply company. The cool way is the billet clamps from Cascade Innovations or other companys that sell billet ATV parts.
