jets should be plenty big for your set up. your main is what I will be runnin

I touched the head about 15 minutes later and it was just warm. I could hold my hand on it.

You need to move the needle clip up one position and try that before doing any main jet changes.Your pilot is also lean,go to the next size up pilot.

It's a pain in the ass to pull everything to do a leak down test but it looks like I will have to.

The head should not need to be retorqued till atleast an hour has been put on it.

If you have already done one and it passed then roll with that.Sounds like jetting issues from the sounds of the vids.Dive deeper into it before you start chasing your tail.

I snugged all the bolts after the first ride.

The high rev scared me .lol. I wasn't feeling to good so I just put it up and didn't do much to it yet.

ether that or u filter is blocked do u clean it after ever days riding or are u putting 2 much oil on it

I know the jetting may be off but I don't think it's the cause of the high rev.

I'm not really sure. I just shut it down and went in. I'll try it tomarrow and if it does it again, I'll check it over.
