well if sanding by hand you will need to start off around 220 and end up at 800-1000 before pollishing. best to do it wet. it works better that way

No the stator wasn't junk. if you broke it taking it off the plate or if it got busted in shipping I can not say. but i know for a fact I pulled that stator off of my quad and it was working perfectly. I dont' sell junk. if i don't know if it works i don't sell it. btw have you even stopped to ponder the awesome deal i gave you on it? Your attitude stinks. The only reason i brought up builder crap is because your "your boy" comment in my thread. I have no beef with anyone on this forum and i try to keep it that way. you are really the only dude that rubs me the wrong way. After i took my blasty for a swim I went over the whole quad the next day. you came by my camp. if you have eyes you saw i was working on it non stop to get it back up and running. compression was exactly the same as it was before it went swimming. I guess i coulda just left my trl quad in the trailer the whole time too. wouldn't want it getting muddy.

those shocks got passed down the line starting with mmajay and the guy that he got them from didn't know where they came from. All i managed to learn about them is they were off a late nineties polaris 700 or sumthin like that. but they rode great.
