clutch cable installation

is there a thread on here somewhere about how to install a clutch cable. i took the old one off and it seems very self explainatory but i just wanna make sure i put it on right.
My clutch cable finally came in the mail!!! I:I

its super super easy you just attach it the same way it came off then adjust it... the little leaver on the case the one tip has to line up with a line etched in the case there is a thread here somewhere with pics ill try and find it

for baja etc, I always prepped the bike with new clutch and throttle cables and ziptied the old cables onto the new ones, that way if a cable failure happed during the race, it took 2 seconds to switch them over.

I got it on. Hope i got it adjusted right. once its started, i can put it in gear, hold the clutch, and tap the gas, and it doesnt move. Just like it should. but sometimes if its in gear and i hold the clutch and kick it, it moves forward a little like its trying to start in gear. does this mean my clutch is going?
