hell yeah, the main basement room i have taken over with parts, my big tv and surround, xbox 360, and treadmill and equip lol. its no longer a family room I:I
thanks bro, new plastics for the zilla coming soon as well!
twist throttles belong on dirtbikes, not quads. i just think its way to unnatural feeling on a quad.

no lol. I have bought a quadzilla and have been working on that I a going to get back on this soon tho!
Haha when I got my Blaster the stickers were the first thing to go. They soon were replaced with "Wiseco" and "Thor" stickers.

1982 Yamaha YZ490L parts motor - eBay (item 180629780005 end time Feb-21-11 20:07:13 PST)
so i have an extra engine now. trying to make some more progress on this blaster, just the zilla has been taking up my time[and money]! lol

got the spare engine in and apart, its definately only for parts use and not a bolt-in and go deal.
parts that are junk on it:
-drivenshaft
-3rd and 4th driven gears
-clutch cover
-kick axle
-all shift forks
-shift cam
-shifter pedal
-intake boot
-reeds
parts that need some love:
-right side crankcase
-crankshaft
-cylinder
Discovered that it has an IT490 cylinder and head vs a YZ490. Which I am actually happy about, the IT was not as prone to detonation as the 490 as the head was designed differently, either way its all going to be re-worked.
i'm going to wait until i can send my crank out to be balanced and recieve it back to assemble the other bottom end then send the whole deal to Ken for the extensive porting and head work(i want him to have the complete engine so he can measure the port timing and squish, etc..
Bought a rear fender finally so i'll have complete plastics, and my buddy is gonna let me get his 06 YFZ450 front shocks for $175, so i'll be good in that department!
