Busco Beach Drag Racing

We would like to invite all drag race enthusiasts to come on out to Busco Beach & ATV Park in Goldsboro, NC!!! We have a 300ft sand drag with a great new Portatree timing system. We have a tree, win lights at the end of each lane, an announcer and PA system, and printouts of your times. We will offer a reaction time, 60ft time, 300ft ET, and MPH!!! We will be having drag racing events on August 18th, September 22nd, and October 20th. We have rescheduled these dates and apologize for any inconveniences. Also on August 17th and 18th we will be hosting Brian Fisher of Fisher's ATV World and the "Keepin It Real" Tour!!! Brian Fisher and company will be there all weekend riding with us and filming! All of our drag race events will take place on Saturday. We will have a test & tune for 4-5 hours, then a scheduled race. So our dragstrip will be available for free riding on Friday and Sunday! All racers will be divided into classes based upon the times they run. And all classes will have a cash payout to the winner. For more information check out our website and facebook page!!!

So the Test and Tune is going to be Saturday morning and the races are going to be during the heat of the day on Saturday?

There was actually a reason why TNT was Friday afternoon/night and the races were Saturday afternoon/night. The track conditions and jetting will be very similar for the same heat... If you TNT at 75 degrees and then run at 100 degrees things are going to be a little wonky.

i agree. T&T in the morning and racing in the evening is not a great idea for the serious racers. when running alky, that would be a tuning/racing nitemare.

Sounds like fun , but as stated it will be a pain to keep your jetting right with the way they want the test and tune time and then the races , Hopefully it gets worked out so people don't fry there stuff trying to have a good time !
