ok so i replaced the ignition coil and checked the reeds. My blaster will not start unless i pop-start it then it runs fine idles and everything, even kicks right over. But if it sits for 20 min same problem Does anyone have suggestions on the Problem. Does the cold ie 20 degrees affect it because it used to start 1 or 2 kicks.

sounds to me like you are low on compression......the reason it starts when you pull/pop start it is because you cylinder heats up and expands......check the compression 110+ is good

Will it start with the choke?? If it's jetted to run normally in 70 degree weather, you probably want a larger main jet to be running in 20 degree weather. Mine starts first kick, with the choke out all the way, in 0 degree weather since I have a big main jet. If I shut it down for like 5 minutes, I need the choke again because the cylinder cools off so quickly!! You gotta rejet for temp changes. Oh, and clean air filter helps too!
