Soooo... i was working on the Blaster the other day, when it fell off... ya i guess a tool box isnt much of a quad stand... lol

I had the front bumper, the upper arms off the quad for paiting and the swinger for extention and paint too.

Whitout all those parts it came out looking like this.

the swinger is done, cuted the shock mount tabs and re-used them , smoothed all the welds and the cut from te original shock mount, some prime and paint.

Already instaled the new brake line, a new gear shift pedal,15 tooth front sproket and some more stuff, when i get done installing the rest of stuff ill post some more pics. Hope you guys enjoyed it.

Topping out at 68mph on 14 front--38 back, but since most of our dirt roads have fast sections where im always botting out 6 gear, im guessing i can squeeze some more top end without losing power on lower shifts going trough slow sections.

Maybe you would, but with just a 14 tooth, I feel like mine is about to blow off the road, especially if a stiff wind hits it.

you can make them street legal in az too. just need brake light, head light, mirror, horn, and registration.

stock is a 13 tooth in the front and 40 in the back right? how much bottom end power doyou lose with a 14?

if i remember right, changing the front sprocket by 1 tooth is like changing the back sprocket by like 4-5 teeth.

Back on 14 sprocket.... i did get more top speed with 15, but lost to much power on take off, recovery, exiting turns, and slow sections.
