Need help choosing carb rebuild kit or jets or something

Guys! Had to get back at you, you guys where a lot of help! Thanks a lot! Turns out it was already jetted to 270! Got the rebuild kit for the carb, and the fuel leak is gone! Also changed the weak old chain for a new non o-ring chain ( couldn't afford o-ring chain). Had to replace the...

Need help choosing carb rebuild kit or jets or something

I'm gonna go out and buy the kit now, do I need to change any other jets other than the main jet? Please help ASAP if possible! Thanks for all the replies! I'm gonna try and get 5 jets, from 290 to 320, and the rest of the carb rebuild kit, and if you guys tell me to change the pilot or...

Need help choosing carb rebuild kit or jets or something

Ok guys, I've been doing some searching ( TONS) and apparently, you don't need much modification to be able to take advantage or even need bigger jets on your carb. I even read somewhere that removing the air box lid was enough to warrant a bigger jet of some sort. I don't now much about this...

Guys, thanks a lot for your help. I managed to score an entire axle with hubs, rotor, sprocket, and carrier from ebay! It should be arriving this week. Thanks a lot! I won't have to cut anything, just remove the entire carrier and put in the new one.

What year blaster axles are interchangeable?

I think I have a problem, because my 2002 blaster has an extended swing arm and a hydro rear brake. That means that 2002 and below axle with carriers won't include the part where you attack the hydro brake to right? It will have the original, mechanical brake bolt pattern. Can I fit a 03 and...

What year blaster axles are interchangeable?

I just want to get it up and running stock. Get an axle and hub, replace the piston and the rings and what not, have fun a few more rides, and sell it, and buy one in better conditions. The blaster I got was a bad deal, too many things gone wrong, I just want to get it working.

What year blaster axles are interchangeable?

Problem is I live in Puerto Rico! And for example, ebay blaster axles mostly send only to the 48 continental US. Could you get a shipping estimate for 00926 San Juan, Puerto Rico? Here in Puerto Rico they want to sell me the hubs for $100 a piece, and the axle for almost $400! It's ridiculous I...

What year blaster axles are interchangeable?

Well I need the whole thing guys! Axle, hubs, sprocket, maybe not the brake hub I'm not sure. It's because I bought this used blaster for cheap, but the rear axle had been welded on the left side! Real butcher job, they soldered the hub AND the big nuts to hold the axle in place, Thanks for the...

What year blaster axles are interchangeable?

I have a 2002 Blaster and I need to change the rear axle, hubs, everything in the rear. I've found quite a few nice deals on ebay but I don't want to place an order until I'm certain which axles will fit my Blaster! Thanks in advanced :)

Hey guys! Found a 92 rear axle with everything, 92 hubs, and a 92 rear grab bar on ebay! Would all that stuff be a straight fit on my 2002? :D Can't wait to get it running again!!! I want to take pics and videos so I can show you guys what ATV in Puerto Rico is about!

Yea the previous owner jerry-rigged the whole thing, i mean everything is crazy on this blaster! But the only 2 times I've taken it to the mud, it's been a BLAST! (no pun intended, if present :P) Anyways, I won't solder. I want to swap it and make it right. But it seems like it's gonna be a...

Well I lifted the rear and the axle itself wobbled a little bit! I was grabbing the tires and there was a certain play in the axle, back and forth up and down, like if it wasn't entirely TIGHT within the casing where the bearings are. Is that a common thing or is it a bearings-gone-bad symptom...

Thanks guys! I'm sure I need a LOT of help, my blasters' rear axle is a MESS/JOKE. Half of it is soldered. . so you can probably imagine the rest of the story. I'll problably start another thread about that and upload the pics later tonight, because the previous owner was a retard, and I want...
