i took off my head and saw quite a bit of side to side play with the piston in the cylinder. everything looks good inside, but is there suppose to be so much play?

1991 Yamaha Blaster i wish i would have saved my money

i had a leaky head so i pulled it apart, put a new gasket in and torqued them to specs, and still leaky. so i pulled it back apart, put some gasket seal and torqued it, went riding still leaking. i was wondering if i could have a warped head? if so how could this happen?

i was wondering if anyone has tried performance cdi boxes. if so, do they make a big power difference?

hello i have v force delta 2 reeds and the only replacement petals i can find that look like mine are for a yz250. i was wondering if these will fit my blaster?

i finally got me a running blaster. i got a 2000 blaster with a bb240 kit, vforce reeds, reed spacer, fmfpipe/silencer, its all black with red seat, and i think it has a aftermarket carb cause it dont look like my other blaster carb. but i got a question, what jetting does this setup require...

does anyone know if a stock intake boot and a manifold from a blaster will fit on a 39mm carb?

i found 2 quads. one is a 98 bore .030 over, fmf pipe/silencer, everythings extended, needs tires, and no title for 1000. the other is a 2002 with bills pipe, vforce reeds and good tires, and a title for 1500. which one is a better deal? i have some money and dont know which one i should get

i might get a 2000 blaster with 240 kit vforce reeds and pipe/silencer. the guy wants 1200 and it dont run cause it needs the carb cleaned. what are things i need to look out for before i buy it? i got a spare carb, should i clean it and take it with me to swap it and see if thats the problem?

about 9 years ago i tore my blaster apart and now i am in the process of rebuilding it. i cant remember how the clutch side of the bottom end goes back together. and i lost my book. if anyone can point me in the right direction. thanks
