got the case split this weekend and it is just the sleve and piston and i did figure out that the balancer berrings are worn some so ill replace those too but not as bad as i thought

i just pulled the carb off and pulled the plug off of the bottom of the carb and took that jet out and it said 155

is that the little brass screw on the side where the air cleaner is

it is also advanced 4 degrees

im using klotz oil

its black and wet

ill take the carb off in a little while and check to see what size jet is in it

im not 100% sure just got the bike do u think the 40:1 is causing it to be too rich
