i have a 94 blaster .40 over ported and poslished 4mill stroker crank and
34mm Keihin carb my problem is i keep fouling plugs put a new one in yesterday and rode for a couple of hrs then messed around with it today after work and it fouled again i think it has the factory jet in it

Well, none of that stuff you mentioned about you bike is anything close to stock. So, it has to be your jetting. If you plug is black and wet that means that there is gas on it that is not burnt sitting on the plug. I would maybe move down 2 jet sizes and do a plug chop and see how that works out for you.

I had the same problem on an old cr80r. It would foul plugs and run like crap. I cleaned the carb and found that one of the jets was partially clogged i cleaned it and it stopped fouling plugs.

i went up and got a 152 and 150 jet from the store today thats all they had im gonna try those 2 tomorrow see what i have then go from there hopefully have it ready by this weekend i have a boy that wants to run his brute force against the blaster thats bad idea #1 on his part
