2004 650 V2.... ALL STOCK 3 weeks ago i had to reset the belt limit switch (sometimes known as "LIMP MODE") and after i hooked all the wires back up I took it for a couple spins around the house with no problems..... Now, 3 weeks later, I go out to start it and when i turn the switch...

I dont have a welder but I have the ability to cut and drill metal so.... Can I do a good Rear Hydro. conversion without welding anything???

Ok.. I installed a new clutch today and now my clutch lever is really soft... i have it adjusted all the way out and still not completely disengaging the clutch.... I noticed the push lever that goes form the cable to the into the case is not all the way lined up with the notch like I have read...

This is my first blaster and 2 stroke for that matter... can someone tell me the engine will do if the clutch was slipping??? it will idle fine and take off ok but when i'm in like 3rd gear and I punch it the engine will rev up high, almost like the tires are spinning but there not...

finished rebuild today.... which included a good carb cleaning (all jets out and cleaned good).... when I turned on gas for the first time it started coming out the overflow about a drop a second... so NOT pouring out... I couldn't wait so I started it anyway... and it stopped coming out...

Got a set of stock rear tires off Ebay... the description said like new... less than 50 miles.... blah, blah, blah.... I won the auction for $.99 + $50 shipping.... Tires show up and one has a plug in it.. after getting it mounted it leaks badly... I email the guy I bought it from asking...
