So I have pic's to show what i'm talking about... I have searched manuals and OEM drawings and can not find the lower chain roller/guide. The service manual I have calls them the "chain roller guides (upper and lower)"...

This blaster came without any rollers so I only have my 98' warrior as a guide.
The Pic below is the lower roller plastic sleeve off my warrior....

My question is...
1. Is the upper roller look like a skateboard wheel and the lower one look like a plastic sleeve????
2. Is the upper and lower rollers the same size? The shaft looks identical but the chain is much closer to the lower roller than the top so i'm thinking they are not the same size.

Thanks in advance....

they are both the same exact sizes.i just bought some a couple months ago from the dealer and there same size.there is a plastic sleeve that slides into the roller and then slides onto the bolt thing then there a bolt that screw in that.i paid 11each for mine from the dealer

then drilled out the bottom holder and mounted it, works great.[/QUOTE]

I got some just like this yesterday... but not sure what you drilled out??? the roller itself??? it looks like the center of the roller is metal bearings... did you drill that out to fit on the roller bar on the frame?
