i got a 98' yamaha blaster motor complete except a piston, has a brand new crank put in by bikeman performance, and mainbearings and seals, brand new clutch plates, i was willing to give someone a deal and trade my motor for a new or slightly used vitos big bore kit, pm me if interested
well you cant really mess up on puttin the gears back in theres really only 1 way they will fit in right... you have to have something stuck in there..... if i was you i would split the case again and check it really good for a nut or god knows what else.
get a nice port, trust me my buddy bought a vitos kit, and i spent 250 dollars on a port from bikeman performance. and my blaster blows his out of the water..... get a nice port and a 34mm pj. and i still run my fmf pipe, just my .02 its one of the faster blasters in my part of town...
no its none of that. mine did that to. where the silencer bolts to the grab bar in the back. get a chunk of metal with a hole in it and put it between the silencer and grab bar when you bolt it on. if you need further help pm me and ill sen you some pictures of what i did. it really helped alot.
