Right now the deals I made on my bike have fell through. As it stands got a buddy that wants to trade me a ds650 bans for my chopper project. I been eyeballing and talking to a guy about a really nice 250r.

My stupid question is what is the 250r all about. Love my shees but never been on or raced a 250r.

the trx250r is about handling. they handle great.
also you can mod them and they can make some serious power.
there is saber, puma, and others.

Handling is right. Almost all "race-ready" 4 strokes frame geometry is designed off of the old trx250r. That in it self should tell you that this bike was way ahead of its time. Over 20 years have passed and the people are still taking notes from the 250r.
