let me know what you think....

its not done yet so I have not got to test yet.

Yes this is a complete yfz suspension conversion. all the fab work is done by me .
and I CAD designed the swingarm and made it as well.

Fabrication looks good.

Please explain the logic in using unservicable ball joints.

Would it not have been a better idea to use replacable joints so as to allow for camber adjustment and wear replacment.

wow very nice fab work! how wide does the front end up being? outside tire to tire

that blaster is very very clean great job on it sir I:I

Welcome to the dirt pile!!

The swinger use YFZ linkage? Maybe some more closer shots of both ends. How did you arrive at the dimensions?

So, where have you been that you come here and start hawking an untried design?

yes The ball joints are replacable. but no adjustment.

The frame geometry was done on cad. So it is right and it will work... better than any other setup offered for blaster. I have been racing and building mx quad for 10 years.
Try me! I plan on hitting the 70 ft gaps on this just like on my 450.

Just looked at Yamahas web site, 2013 YFZ 450 still only has lower replaceable, Upper arm still looks to be alum forge (from pics/flitch) 2013 YFZ450R upper and lowers are replaceable, and all 3 carry same part #.
